Hi! My name is Emma Carosella. I am a freelance social media coordinator and web designer, with specialties in content creation, copywriting, and brand development.

I’m currently available for consultations and client work.

We finished in 1st place for the Purdue University 2023 Digital Marketing Competition! Out of a record-breaking 271 submissions in round 1, we made it to the finals, competing against Villanova University, Wheaton College, and the University of Oklahoma, where we ranked 1st in the Undergrad level.

I have my BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Windsor, and I recently graduated from the Advertising and Marketing Management Communications Program at St. Clair College.

Experience

  • From July-August 2023, I was on an 8-week contract with ACWR, running their socials and maintaining their website, through the Canada Summer Jobs program. I had an amazing experience.

  • Through ACWR, I was approached to help out with a community volunteer program, with the goal of uplifting artists who have or are currently experiencing homelessness. This project has been incredible to work on. I’ve been able to meet people and hear their stories.

  • This clinic was in the brand development stage when I came aboard, approached to run the socials and build the website. This gives me great confidence in my abilities, which I am currently learning and growing.

  • I have recently started working with my partner on their business! I run the socials and built them a website. We organized a giveaway together, which was very successful. I’ve put so much work into building the brand with them. It’s been such a rewarding experience.

  • I started working for WMG as part of my internship. I built them a website, but after finishing the website, they kept me on to create print ads and help around the office. I’ve loved working here.
